Catherine has been involved in the roofing business for over 35 years and is responsible to oversee and manage the estimating department. As owner/operator, she continues Jim's proud legacy of providing Quality Service, no matter how large or how small the job. Guiding Jim Taylor, Inc along the path of excellence begun by her father, her efforts have not gone unnoticed. |
 | Steve Michalke Senior Estimator, Jim Taylor, Inc. Steve Michalke joined Jim Taylor, Inc. in 1972 as a apprentice roofer. Steve achieved journeyman in 1975, was promoted to foreman soon after and spent 17 years supervising roof installations and repairs. In 1989, Steve was promoted tot he position of Estimator. Now, in his position of Senior Estimator, Steve is responsible for overseeing project bidding, and helps our clients, field personnel, and staff with answers to difficult questions as they arise. Time and again, Steve has been able to find a solution to a difficult roofing problem. Steve takes pride in his work and attends a number of manufacturer training seminars to stay abreast of the newest innovations in the roofing industry. |
 | Joe Perez Maintenance Supervisor & Estimator, Jim Taylor, Inc. Joe Perez joined Jim Tylor, Inc. in 1981 as a roofing apprentice. He became a roofing journeyman in 1983 and was promoted to crane operator in 1987. In 2003, when Taylor roofing decided to expand their roofing maintenance program, Joe was the perfect candidate. Since then, Joe has taken the Maintenance Division to a new level. In addition to being our Roof Maintenance Supervisor, Joe is in charge of our 24 Hour Emergency Roof Repair Service and estimates a variety of re-roofing projects. Joe continues to keep up with current technology by attending various roofing seminars and product round tables. His 25 plus years of experience provides our customers with valid and reliable roofing solutions. |
 | Harold "Bud" Bowlin Senior Representative & Estimator, Jim Taylor, Inc. Bud Bowlin joined Jim Taylor, Inc. in 1990 and held a variety of field positions including Foreman. In 2005, he was promoted to his current sales position ans is responsible for slate, tile, flat, and residential estimating. Bud brings with him over 25 years of technical and practical roofing experience. This, in addition to the many technical courses and seminars he has attended, makes him a welcome addition to our estimating and sales staff. |
